It has announced officially that Indira Gandhi National Open University has further extended the date for registration for IGNOU TEE to be held in December 2024. As discussed earlier, it was on Oct 16, 2024, then was further extended up to Oct 20, 2024, and now finally, it is extended up to October 27, 2024, which will give students enough time to preparation and complete the registration free of penalty charges.
The last date for December TEE 2024 registration is October 27. Still, students can apply, but there will be a late fee of ₹1,100. Further, there will be a window for submission after October 28 till November 3, 2024, so that all will be able to register despite missing the first deadline.
IGNOU has also extended the deadline for registration of all its ODL and online programs to 31st October 2024. It, however, cited that this will not be the case for any semester-based or certificate program that may have their original deadlines. So, a student will have to check carefully the programs falling into the extended registration schedule.
The December 2024 Term-End Examinations will be conducted from 2nd December both in the mode of pen-and-paper as well as computer-based test (CBT). Students are advised to keep themselves updated about the latest developments in respect of their examinations and course requirements by regularly visiting the website of IGNOU, IOP.ignouonline.ac.in.
IGNOU has further extended the date of registration for exams together with the submission date of the assignment. Here, the students who have taken ODL, Online courses, GOAL, and EVBB will be able to present their assignments up to 31 October 2024. The university accepts hard and soft copies of assignment submissions, so it becomes easy for the students to meet this requirement whether a student are studying on campus or online.
This extension would greatly help the students who need more time to prepare high-quality submissions. Also, it will make sure that students from all the programs get enough time to satisfy the requirements by proper academic exposure before sitting for the exams in December.
