(a) Master’s degree in MCA, M.Tech (with specialization in Computer Applications) from a recognized university.
(b) (i) Bachelor’s degree in BCA, Computer Science, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized university.
(ii) 2 years of experience in electronic data processing work, including actual programming, from a recognized institution or under the offices of the Central/State Government, Union Territories, autonomous/statutory organization, public sector undertaking, university, or recognized research institution.
(c) (i) ‘A’ Level Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized Department of Electronics or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from a university program.
(ii) 3 years of experience in electronic data processing work, including actual programming, from a recognized institution or under the offices of the Central/State Government, Union Territories, autonomous/statutory organization, public sector undertaking, university, or recognized research institution.
Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of programming in C, C++, or Visual C++, and experience with Oracle, RISC-based computer systems under UNIX/UNIX-like OS, Relational Database Management System, and Windows networking/environment.
