Selection Process
Each category has a different selection process for FCI Recruitment 2024. Candidates must qualify at each stage in order to be shortlisted.
Candidates shortlisted for the position of FCI Manager are offered a generous compensation package by Food Corporation of India. For officers in category II, the managers would set their starting basic pay at Rs. 40,000/- per month (for a six-month training period).
They will also be entitled for Dearness Allowance, House Keep Up Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance. The starting monthly gross earnings are currently at Rs. 71,000 per month.
