SSC GD Syllabus 2025 PDF and Exam Pattern
Candidates who will be appearing for the SSC GD exam in 2025 must have prepared for it with the SSC GD Exam pattern as well as Syllabus, since the CBT test is scheduled between 4th and 25th of February 2025. The SSC GD Syllabus outlines the important subjects and topics that you need to learn to pass the exam. All the candidates should know that this written exam is of 160 marks. There will be a total of 4 sections in this exam and each section will have 20 questions.

Candidates must pass each of the stages in the selection process to be considered for the positions.
- Computer-Based Test: The CBT exam has 80 multiple-choice questions worth two marks each, with a 0.25 mark deduction. There is no segment scheduling, and the exam takes 60 minutes (1 hour) to finish.
- Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Standard Test.
- Medical Test – This is the last step in the selection process, which is required to determine whether or not the candidates selected are medically fit. The candidates who have been shortlisted for the interview will be required to attend a document verification after the medical test.
SSC GD Exam Pattern 2025
Multiple-choice questions will be used in the online SSC GD Constable Tier 1 test. Over the course of 60 minutes, the CBT test is divided into four portions, totaling 80 questions. A deduction of 0.25 marks is also applied for each wrong response. The 13 regional languages—Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu—as well as English and Hindi are used to administer the Computer-Based Examination (CBE).
