The HP Police Admit Card 2025 for the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for the hiring of Constables (Male & Female) has been formally released by the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC).

The HP Police Constable Exam syllabus evaluates the candidate’s understanding in several different subjects. The test will assess students’ knowledge of general awareness, science, math, English, Hindi, and reasoning. Candidates who thoroughly prepare for these topics will do well on the test.
General Awareness

Mathematics
Problem-solving abilities are assessed in the mathematics section. Algebra, probability, trigonometry, triangles, circles, and linear equations are important subjects. This area also contains themes like data interpretation, amount comparison, averages, and data sufficiency.
This section assesses knowledge of scientific concepts. Animal kingdom classifications, genetics, cell division, periodic table trends, and chemical equations are among the subjects covered. Other topics covered include evolution, electromagnetic gadgets, electrical resistance, and the digestive system.
General English
Grammar, sentence correction, and vocabulary are all covered in the English portion. Tests will include subjects including active-passive voice, tenses, synonyms, antonyms, and comprehension. Additionally, candidates should concentrate on sentence structure, fill-in-the-blanks, and phrases.
General Hindi
The Hindi language proficiency is evaluated in this part. Grammar, vocabulary, synonyms, and antonyms are among the subjects covered. Additionally, candidates will take tests in plural forms, error detection, comprehension, phrases, and sentence translation.
Logical Reasoning

Himachal Pradesh Police Constable Exam Pattern
The written exam for the Himachal Pradesh Police will be administered using an OMR sheet and will include 90 marks and multiple-choice questions. The maximum time allotted to candidates to finish the paper is 120 minutes.
