For applicants hoping to join the Indian Armed Forces, UPSC administers the famous UPSC NDA twice a year at the national level. The date of the National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Examination (NDA & NA-1) is set for Sunday, April 13, 2025. All candidates who successfully registered for the NDA 1 exam will take the test at different testing locations across the nation. Candidates should begin preparing as soon as the exam dates are revealed to pass the test and be admitted to the Indian Naval Academy Courses (INAC) and the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings of the NDA.
NDA Exam Date 2025 Out: NDA Exam Date Released in 2025
Thousands of 12th graders apply to join the Army, Navy, and Air Force branches of the Indian Defence Forces since the NDA exam is the most sought-after exam in India. There are two phases to the NDA 1 Exam 2025: the written exam and the SSB interview. There are two papers on the written test. General Ability Test Paper 1 and Mathematics Paper 2. A medical examination will be conducted after the Service Selection Board (SSB) interview for candidates who pass the written exam. The candidate’s performance in the written exam and the SSB interview will determine the ultimate choice.
Date of the 2025 NDA Exam
The NDA 1 Exam is scheduled for Sunday, April 13, 2025, according to the UPSC Exam Calendar 2025. There will be two shifts for the exam. Paper 1’s morning shift will run from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and Paper 2’s evening shift will run from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Each paper will take two hours and thirty minutes to complete, and there will be a written test with 900 possible points.

2025 NDA Admit Card
The NDA 1 Exam will be administered by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on April 13, 2025. The NDA 1 Admit Card 2025 will be made available on the official website, www.upsc.gov.in, on April 6, 2025. Candidates must provide their registration number or roll number to receive their NDA 1 hall ticket for 2025. Along with the admit card, other information will be made public, such as the exam day, time, and location.
