Indian Army Agneepath Scheme
Indian Army Agnipath or Agneepath scheme This is a recruitment for Agniveer General Duty, Technical Aviation & Ammunition Examiners, Clerk/Storekeeper, and Tradesmen for a 4-year contract period . After four years in the Indian Army 25% of Agniveers are retained as regular cadre members based on their merit, willingness, and medical fitness.
The Agniveers will serve for another full 15-year term. The remaining 75% will be demobilised with a “Seva Nidhi” package worth Rs 11-12 lakh. The Indian Army Agneepath Scheme is detailed in the link below.

Click on “Agnipath”, which appears on the homepage.
A new page appears with the URL- https://joinindianarmy.nic.in/AgnipathScheme.html.
Click on “Registration”, if you’re a new user, otherwise log in using your username and password. Click on Continue after carefully reading the instructions and details.
An OTP (One Time password) will be sent by SMS to the mobile number provided by the candidate.
Now that the registration has been completed, a new screen will appear. This will allow the candidate to verify their eligibility.
After reviewing the candidate’s eligibility, they will be given a list of rallies that are to be held in the near future. The candidate then selects the appropriate rally based on their eligibility.

Attach the required documents according to the format prescribed. Scanned passport size photo of the applicant (between 10KB and 20KB in JPG format) and Scanned signature of the applicant (between 5KB to 10KB in JPG format).
Download the application form to be used in future. The candidates must print two copies of their application form.

The candidates should have passed Class 10/Matric with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject.
Agniveer (Technical) (All Arms)
The candidates should have passed a 10+2/Intermediate Exam in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.OR The candidates should have passed a 10+2 intermediate exam from any recognized State Education Board or Central Education Board to include NIOS and ITI course of a minimum of one year in the required field with NSQF level 4 or above.
The candidates should have passed 10+2 | Intermediate Exam Pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 600/o marks in aggregate and a minimum of 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths/Accounts/BookKeeping in Class Xll is mandatory.
Agniveer Tradesmen (All Arms) 10th pass
The candidates should have passed 10th exam. No stipulation in aggregate percentage, but should have scored 33% in each subject.

The financial package for the applicants selected to be Agniveer will be Rs. The first year will cost Rs. 4.75 lakhs, which is then upgraded to approximately Rs. Rs. In the fourth year, you will receive Rs. Candidates will also receive allowances such as rations, travel, risk and hardship allowances, and dress allowances.
Seva Nidhi: The Seva Nidhi Package costs around Rs 11,71 lakh. (Included in the package is the interest accrued on the amount above as per the current interest rates). Individuals will contribute 30% of their monthly earnings and the government will match that amount.
Death Benefit: Non Contributory Life Insurance Coverage of Rs. 48 lakhs plus additional Ex. Gratia up to Rs. Death attributable service: 44 lakh rupees The unreserved part up to four years, including SevaNidhi Component.
