Steps for registration of NEET UG 2025
The registration process is the initial step in completing the NEET 2025 application form. In order to register for the exam, candidates must supply their name, email address, mobile number, and other personal information. Following a successful registration process, students can use their registration information to complete the application form.
1. Visit the National Testing Agency’s official website at https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.
2. Click “complete application form” after that. Selecting “New registration” on the new page will take you to the instructions page, which you should carefully read.
3. Enter the candidate’s name, date of birth, gender, nationality, eligibility state, category, phone number, email address, and other pertinent details.

NEET UG 2025 Qualifications
Candidates must make sure they meet the qualifying standards before completing the NEET UG 2025 application form. Below are the specific eligibility requirements to complete the NEET UG.
Qualifications: Candidates must have completed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core topics in their 10+2 or its equivalent from an accredited educational board.

Minimum Score: Applicants must receive at least 50% on their qualifying test (40% for OBC, SC, and ST, and 45% for PwBD).

Important Instructions for the NEET Application Form
1.Applications for NEET (UG)-2025 can only be submitted “online” through the exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/ website.
2.By going to the NTA website, you can submit the Online Application Form. Any other way that the application form is submitted will not be accepted.
3.Candidate is allowed to submit just one application.
4.The instructions in the Information Bulletin and on the NTA website must be strictly followed by applicants. Candidates that disregard the guidelines will be eliminated right away.
5. Applicants must confirm that the email address and mobile number listed in the Online Application Form belong to them or their Parents/Guardians exclusively, as all information and communication will be dispatched by NTA via email to the registered email address or SMS to the registered mobile number only.
6.All applicants must upload proof of address (current and permanent) while filling out the online Application Form for NEET (UG) – 2025. Proof of address can consist of an AADHAAR Card, Domicile Certificate, Passport, Voter ID card, etc.
7. If relevant, both documents should be combined and uploaded as one PDF file. If the Present and Permanent addresses match, then the same document will be adequate.
