Punjab PCS Notification 2025 Out

Punjab PCS Age relaxations are available for certain categories:

Qualifications for Education

  1. Bachelor’s degrees from accredited universities or other institutions are required of candidates. Candidates must have passed a Punjabi-language equivalent exam or their matriculation with Punjabi as a subject in order to sit for the preliminary exam.

Country of origin

  1. The applicant must be a citizen of India.
  2. A Nepalese national;
  3. A Bhutanese subject;
  4. A Tibetan refugee who entered India prior to January 1, 1962, with the goal of relocating there permanently;
  5. A person of Indian descent who moved to India with the goal of settling there permanently from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or some African nations (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia), or Vietnam.

Stage I: Preliminary Exam Paper I (General Studies) and Paper II (Civil Services Aptitude Test) are two 200-mark papers.
