THDC Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The management retains the authority to implement a multi-stage selection process, which may include application shortlisting, screening, assessment of post-qualification experience, a written computer test, and interviews as necessary. In cases where the number of candidates exceeds 50, the final merit list will be determined based on two criteria:
- 75% of the total score will be derived from the Written Test, which is scored out of 150 marks, and
- 25% will come from the personal interview, which is scored out of 50 marks.
Selected candidates may be assigned or transferred to any of the stations, projects, or offices of Tehri Hydro Development Corporation.
THDC Engineer and Executive Exam Pattern 2025
In the event that the number of applicants exceeds 50, the commission will administer both a written examination and an interview. The written examination will encompass three subjects: general awareness, reasoning, and the relevant discipline. Candidates are required to achieve a minimum qualifying score in order to be eligible for the interview.

THDC Engineer and Executives Salary 2025
Candidates who are selected will be subject to a probationary period of one year. Upon successful completion of this period, those appointed as engineers and executives in E-2 grade will receive a basic salary of Rs. 50,000, with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 160,000, subject to a 3% increment.

After four years, these selected candidates will be eligible for promotion to the position of Assistant Manager in E-3 Grade, with a pay scale of Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 180,000, in accordance with the THDCIL Promotion Policy.
